These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Signer Travel’s services, including but not limited to our website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Signer Travel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Platform is to empower caregivers to make a positive impact while pursuing their passion for travel and caregiving. We are dedicated to providing expert guidance, cultural immersion opportunities, and ongoing support to help you excel in your role and create lasting memories along the way. These services are provided to you subject to these Terms.

All content and materials available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Signer Travel or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

By using Signer Travel’s Platform, you agree to the following obligations:

Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements while using the Platform.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account or using the Platform’s services.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Platform:

No Endorsement: You acknowledge that Signer Travel does not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any content posted on the Platform by users or third parties.

No Unauthorized Access: You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Platform or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform.

No Commercial Use: You agree not to use the Platform for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Platform Services:

  1. Description of Services: Signer Travel provides an online platform that allows users to start their journey towards a fulfilling career and unforgettable experiences. These services may include but are not limited to:
    • Information display.
    • Exam assessment test.
    • Booking for a meeting.
  2. Availability of Services: Signer Travel endeavors to make the Platform and its services available to users on a 24/7 basis, subject to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and unforeseen outages. However, Signer Travel does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or its services.
  3. Modifications to Services: Signer Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform or its services at any time, with or without notice. Such modifications may include changes to features, functionality, or pricing.
  4. Third-Party Services: The Platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, products, or content. Signer Travel does not endorse or control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
  5. User Support: Signer Travel may provide user support through various channels, including email, chat, or online help documentation. While we strive to assist users in a timely manner, we do not guarantee immediate resolution of all inquiries or issues.
  6. User Feedback and Suggestions: Signer Travel welcomes user feedback and suggestions for improving the Platform and its services. However, we reserve the right to use, modify, or implement any feedback or suggestions provided by users without any obligation or compensation to the user.
  7. Service Limitations: Signer Travel may impose limitations on the use of certain services, such as storage limits, file size restrictions, or usage quotas. These limitations will be communicated to users through the Platform or other relevant channels.

 

PAID SERVICES

  1. Payment for Services:
    • Fees are for handling, storage, and processing of your information.
    • Our consultation service fee is KES 10,000.
    • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, Mpesa or other accepted methods on Signer Travel..
  2. Changes to Services:
    • Signertravel may alter the nature of its services, requiring payments for previously free services or vice versa.
    • Terms and conditions apply to all services, paid or unpaid, unless stated otherwise.
  3. Use of Software:
    • Users can use the software to check visa or immigration eligibility.
    • The software is not to be used for professional preparation of immigration documents.

TRANSACTIONS, PAYMENT FRAUD, AND COLLECTION

  1. Problem Resolution:
    • Contact customer service for financial reimbursements or other issues.
    • Unilateral transaction cancellations by the customer may prompt Signertravel to seek reclaims from the bank.
  2. Credit Checks:
    • Signertravel may perform credit checks using third-party agencies based on user-provided payment details.
  3. Payment Processing:
    • Third-party processors and financial institutions may handle payments.
  4. Fraud Prevention:
    • Suspected fraudulent activities can lead to account blocking and refund cancellations.
    • Fraudulent activities may be reported to authorities, and collection services employed for recovery.

NO GUARANTEE OF VISA ACCEPTANCE

  1. Visa Decision Authority:
    • Visa issuance is subject to the authority of the relevant governing bodies; no guarantees are provided.
  2. Information Provision:
    • Signertravel provides current legislation and eligibility requirements.
    • Users must verify eligibility against these requirements.
  3. No Legal Advice:
    • Signertravel does not provide legal consultation or immigration advice.
    • Users are encouraged to seek services of authorized representatives for such matters.
  4. Authorized Representatives:
    • Limited access may be granted to third-party consultants or lawyers.
    • Such access does not establish a client relationship with Signertravel.

FEES & REFUND POLICY

  1. Fee Application:
    • Fees cover costs and time of service provision.
    • Charges are made immediately upon purchase.
  2. No Refund Guarantee:
    • No refunds for unsuccessful outcomes.
    • Signertravel will attempt to achieve positive results but does not guarantee success.
    • For self-sponsored applications, no refunds will be issued after failing any English tests or visa applications.
  3. Refund Discretion:
    • Refunds are at Signertravel’s sole discretion and limited to the amount paid for remaining credit.
    • Deductions for time and efforts spent may apply.
  4. Refund Requests:
    • Requests can be made via phone or email, with a typical response time of 3 to 4 business days.
    • Registration fees are non-refundable if an application process has commenced.

USER ID AND PASSWORD

  • Users are responsible for the security and confidentiality of their user IDs and passwords.
  • Signertravel will not disclose these details to anyone.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

  • Personal information submitted via forms is confidential, but other submissions are not.
  • Non-personal submissions grant Signertravel a license to use and distribute such materials.

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Users consent to receive various communications from Signertravel.
  • Opting out of marketing communications is possible by contacting customer service.

SECURITY

  • Signertravel implements security measures to protect personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

SUSPENSION, CANCELLATION, AND TERMINATION

  1. Amendments:
    • Signertravel can amend terms at any time, with amendments binding existing users 14 days post-publication.
  2. Service Suspension:
    • Temporary discontinuations for upgrades or maintenance may occur.
  3. Account Termination:
    • Users can terminate accounts by contacting customer support.
    • Signertravel can limit, suspend, or terminate services without prior notice and without compensation or refunds.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Content: All content and materials available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Signer Travel or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Users: Signer Travel grants users a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the content and materials on the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit users to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content or materials without the express written consent of Signer Travel.

Trademarks: Signer Travel’s trademarks and logos displayed on the Platform are registered and unregistered trademarks of Signer Travel and its licensors. Users are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose without the prior written consent of Signer Travel or the respective trademark owner.

User-Generated Content: By uploading, submitting, or posting any content or materials to the Platform (“User Content”), you grant Signer Travel a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content on the Platform and in Signer Travel’s marketing materials. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant this license.

Notice of Copyright Infringement: Signer Travel respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact Signer Travel at +254713641087 with the following information:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the material on the Platform that you claim is infringing and where it is located.
  3. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Counter-Notice: If you believe that your User Content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to Signer Travel containing the following information:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and where it was located.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you reside outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Signer Travel may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Reservation of Rights: Signer Travel reserves all rights not expressly granted to users in these Terms. Unauthorized use of any content or materials on the Platform may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
